   even the employees dont know for sure but i have a cookbook that says a pack of good seasonings italian dressing mix added to the flour is as close as they could get to it and i find it to be really good

   Salt
   Sugar
   Basil
   Pepper
   Thyme
   Tarragon
   Rosemary
   Sweet Paprika
   Ground Cummin Seed
   Sage
   Cayenne

   Add flour, a bucket of grease and away you go… Not sure of the quantities of each of the spices though..
